There is a very simple way to keep from falling.  Make sure your foot is completely on the floor before shifting your weight.


It is an easy thing to do but it takes time to change a habit of years.


Basics of Balance is a 2 hour class that will give you the tools you need to change your balance.  In this class I will answer the following questions:

  • How does the human frame hang together?
  • How is weight transferred through the frame?
  • How are you putting weight through your frame?
  • How do you create or change a habit?
  • What simple change can you make immediately to decrease your chance of falling?
  • What can be done to change your body structure?

I will give you a hint on that last one.  The miracle is that when you change the way you put weight through your body, you change the way your body grows! See Changing Your Posture on the left.
